1. No Refunds After Work Begins

For branding, web development, and marketing services, refunds will not be provided once work has started. A project is considered β€œstarted” once a milestone is approved. Digital services require time and effort, which cannot be undone.

2. Pro-Rated Refunds for Subscription-Based Services

If you cancel a subscription-based service (e.g., monthly website maintenance, consulting, or hosting), we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your billing cycle.

🚨 Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Digital Products

For digital products or templates, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

🚨 Refunds are only eligible if the product has not been downloaded more than once to prevent abuse.

4. No Refunds for Custom Work

Custom branding, UI/UX design, and website development are tailored services. Once a project starts, refunds will not be provided. Clients will be given milestone updates to approve work before proceeding to the next phase.

5. Refunds for Delays Caused by Us

If Branding Surface is responsible for unreasonable delays that impact project delivery, we may issue a partial refund or a service credit at our discretion.

6. Refunds for Failed Deliverables

If we fail to deliver a service due to internal issues, a full refund will be issued. However, refunds will not be granted if the client fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals on time.
